Our family farm was established in 2002 when we moved to the Catskill Mountains and began farming as a way to heal and work together as a family after the events of September 11th.
That summer, we successfully raised 150 chickens on pasture, which we used to feed our family, share with friends and launch our farm business. Our first sales call in New York City was a success; word spread and we were approached by chefs who asked us to raise chickens for their restaurants.
Over the years, we expanded the farm’s offerings to include pasture-raised turkey, icelandic sheep, tamworth pigs and red angus steers. All our poultry and animals are treated humanely. The animals which enter the food chain have never received antibiotics, added hormones, or any medicine.
Today, we continue to grow and have expanded to include other family farms who share our values and goal of selling exceptional poultry and meat products.
In addition to fresh chicken and meats, we now offer clean, additive-free sausages and charcuterie products.
We thank you for your trust and the opportunity to feed your family.
